The game will be released for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X in 2022. Set in the same universe as the Arkham saga, Kill the Justice League lets players control four key members of Task Force X in their efforts to take down the DC Universe’s premiere superhero team. The studio premiered the game’s first trailer during August’s DC FanDome event. Rocksteady is also currently gearing up for the release of its next DC game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

The “Anime Batman” costume is based on the character’s appearance in the “Field Test” segment from Batman: Gotham Knight. Grant Morrison later resurrected the suit for his own Batman run in 2006. Fans with a WB Games ID could previously find them on the official Arkham Knight message boards until the company shut down its WBPlay service. Technically, this isn’t the first time gamers have had the chance to download either of these suits.
